Change CSM was launched in 2007 to focus on consultancy services around Change Management and Business Process Management initiatives.
Previously known as Cadre CSM, the organisation has existed since 1995 and has supported blue-chip companies predominantly within the finance arena.
For the last ten years Change CSM have developed this product set to form the Stratman Enterprise, acting as a complete change management support toolset with simulation, measurement, deployment and review capabilities.
Over these last ten years Change CSM staff have been practicing and implementing activities to manage and improve business processes, something which only until recent years has become a known methodology, coined BPM. Now with the Change CSM and the OpenText partnership enabling the utilisation of BPM systems, such activities have become more efficient and cost effective.
