Change CSM worked alongside this international market leader in insurance and reinsurance to train and advise their process and IT consultants in Business Process Management techniques and in the use of the Stratman Enterprise suite. The project was split into two phases, thus breaking the project down into more manageable chunks, this allowed for a smooth and efficient deployment of tools and services during the project life cycle. One of the major successes of the the project, was the identification of a redundant reporting package that was eating away at the cash flow whilst not being utilised.
