Change CSM were able to use their solid relationship with this leading international provider of Financial and Risk Services in order to create a a means to control documents and the dissemination of information throughout the Organisation, a critical need as identified by their client.

The options of adopting a bespoke software tool or to employ a larger consultancy team were discarded instantly by the client, due to the large costs incurred. The decision was taken to work with Change CSM, as they could provide the relevant software and expertise whilst catering for the desired business needs. The Stratman Knowledge Library was the key driving force in the project, creating a fully functional Learning Management System (LMS) to meet the information needs of each individual.

The project was viewed as a success, enabling the client to create a platform from which they could meet the statutory requirements as laid out by the FSA in relation to company procedure........
