Following a management buy-out in 2004, this insurance and re-insurance management agency sought a modeling tool to document the processes supplied by IT to the business. Change CSM was chosen, following the decision to replace the Organisation's core operating system with the intention of using Change's modeling tools to represent best business practice. Stratman designer was used to create two process diagrams, leading to a visualisation as to how the new system would be used.
