Case Study 5 - Assess the likely value to be obtained by changing your business process

This long standing international property and casualty insurer identified a series of issues within its operating divisions, the requirement was to document and improve the processes leading to these issues. Process diagrams were constructed using Change CSM's Stratman Designer, allowing the business operations of the client to be fully understood, whilst highlighting process bottlenecks and raising several problem areas to the surface. This analysis meant that the problem areas could be addressed more effectively, resulting in a more efficient and productive set of operating divisions.

The success of this project has spurned the opportunity for future partnership work between the two Organisations.
