Case Study 6 - Implementing a business improvement programme?

This project involved the fourth largest insurance brokerage and risk management services firm in the United States. The project goal was to produce an accurate and complete view of their current business practices to aid them in determining which business improvement programme would best benefit them. Change CSM's Stratman Designer was used to capture and model all the key processes in a diagrammatic fashion, enabling the client to build an accurate and structured enhancement plan, which included relevant system development to support improvements.

The work conducted by Change CSM acted as a linch pin to outsource a number of business support areas, whilst the identified processes now act as the key driving force behind creating best practice.
