Case Study 7 - Understanding your business operations and problem areas

The initial business with this Scottish local authority was born out of the need for graphical front end to the Rkyv document management solution from Open Text. Following the successful implementation of such, the Scottish local authority plan to use the modeling capabilities of the Stratman Enterprise to document and improve business processes, following a recent Organisational restructure.

The vested interest in Change CSM's tools, stems from the belief and faith that the process diagrams will allow business operations to be easily understood, whilst identifying problem areas and assisting in evaluating the gain from a change to the identified processes.
