Case Study 8 - Maximise resource efficiencies and increase operational efficiencies

Change CSM worked alongside this central government agency to assist them in achieving their objective to maximise resource efficiencies and increase operational efficiencies. It was highlighted that there was a need to look at the business processes in order to reach a state of continuous business improvement.

The Stratman Enterprise suite was used to provide an 'end to end' view of the Organisations processes and additionally ensure the effective and efficient dissemination of information throughout the Organisation. This saw Change CSM's document production facility allow for the dispersion of the central government agency's business processes through the medium of the company intranet.
