Change CSM is able to draw upon the experience of a panel of consultants with over 130 years combined insurance experience. For a number of years our consultants have provided independent process related support to insurance organisations, particularly within but not limited to the London market. This has enabled those organisations to understand their existing business practices and then work to consolidate, improve and control key operational processes.


Using the knowledge gained during this time, Change has also been able to develop a unique insurance focused capability within its Stratman Enterprise range, providing support to individuals and organisations in making systems improvements or business changes.



Change is able to run or contribute to the running of business and IT projects, to document and determine successful business processes prior to and / or following organisational changes, and to implement new processes that deliver clear business benefits to the organisation.
